  Sudani just got back home.  Let's see what decision he's going to make.  Let's see what he's going to say about his visit to United States.  Let's see if they give him full control of the government and the banks and all that stuff...I'm waiting for him on Monday come out and say, 'Okay, we have control of everything, the coalition is going to go out soon.  It's leaving soon.  We control our banks.  We have no more punishments.'  From then we see.

 I believe it's going to happen.  I believe it's going to change.  I believe it's going to change, happen when it's ready to happen.  That's it.  When you see the coalition leave...the government of Iraq sovereign and nobody control it and when you see a new dinar that's when the exchange rate will change.  Simple as that.

In 2001 they declare war with Iraq...There is a difference between ceasefire and the war is finished.  For now it's ceasefire. 

 No one declared the end of the war in Iraq.  You see the coalition forces still there.  You see the army.  Maybe not a lot but they're still there.  For Iraq to be free everybody have to get out of there.  Any decisions Iraq made, anything Iraq do or does the United States...have to say yes you can do it or not...The war didn't end.  That's why you see Sudani coming out in the 15th of this month coming up to talk about the coalition to get out of Iraq.

A lot of good news come out yesterday and I'm very happy...You know what?   I'm excited.  I'm very excited what's happening.

  Very good news, IQD decreasing.  Wow.

 The RV will not happen if no one declares the end of the war...we still on war.  In  December 2021 they took troops out... but they never declared the end of the war...and they never took out the international coalition.  

For everything to happen they have to declare the end of the war.  The international coalition have to be out of there.   The soldiers of United States have to be out of there.  Of course they're going to bases in Iraq but they're going to keep friendly bases in Iraq...not for war...I don't think Biden is going to do it.

Political analyst Haider Al-Barzanji believes that the results of Prime Minister Mohammed Shiaa Al-Sudani’s visit to Washington will turn into a reality on the ground. 

Al-Barzanji said {Euphrates News} that: “The visit of the Sudanese did not come from a vacuum, but came after planning and a prior study to move to another stage of relations and going to major companies and revitalizing the Iraqi economy.”
He added, “The visit of Sudan came to activate the framework signed with the United States, and Iraq is committed to the terms of the agreement and the American side committed itself to that and there is seriousness to activate it.”
“The results of Al-Sudani’s visit will turn into a reality on the ground and can be implemented as soon as possible,” Al-Barzanji continued.
“Iraq today in its quiet policy wants to give a different impression and identity and it is pure and cannot be treated within an axis of other files,” he said.
“The United States of America today is the one who touched on Iraq’s door to organize relations with neighboring countries,” Al-Barzanji said.

   Remember...the Oil and Gas law looms in the background and will surface again soon. Also after this visit to Washington I fully expect the announcement of Iraq’s full accession to the WTO to pop out shortly. Oh…it’s all so good!

The news just keeps getting better and better. ...my CBI contact again confirmed to me that this meeting of Iraq with the Whitehouse had to take place and could be seen as a healing meeting between the two countries. One issue was of course the status of leaving or the pullout of US forces. This issue is clear, as the US forces do not plan to leave Iraq again and destabilize the middle east, especially in these turbulent times...don’t worry it is not going to happen any time soon as long-term plans are being negotiated to give Iraq what it wants and give the US what it wants... 

 I was told by my CBI contact that the currency swap out will happen as they will not hide this event and must inform the citizens (education process...). Yes, they also have to explain the exchange swap-out process and how it will work along with descriptions of the newer lower denominations.

 The CBI will then post those pictures of the lower denominations my contact told me were taken weeks ago. So, just wait and watch it all play out...You should be excited...with FACTUAL knowledge...

During Erdogan’s visit to Baghdad.. About 40 memorandums of understanding will be signed between Iraq and Turkey

Shafaq News / Informider sources said, on Sunday, that dozens of memorandums of understanding will be signed in various aspects between Baghdad and Ankara during the visit of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan scheduled for Monday to Iraq.

During Erdogan’s official visit to Baghdad, which will begin tomorrow, the sources told Shafaq News, the signing of about 37 multi-faceted memorandums of understanding.

She added that one of the most important memos is the strategic framework memorandum for cooperation between the two countries, of which five committees and two agencies: security, water, economic, energy and transport branches.

The Iraqi ambassador to Ankara, Majid Al-Lajmawi, confirmed, on Saturday, that the visit of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Baghdad will contribute to resolving the outstanding files between the two neighboring countries, and will witness the signing of a strategic framework agreement.

Turkey’s defense minister Yashar Güler announced last Wednesday that President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will conduct an official visit to Iraq tomorrow, Monday, his first since 2011.

Earlier, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan had confirmed that the water issue would be one of the most important items of his agenda during his visit to Iraq, while hinted at a visit to Erbil after Baghdad.

Erdogan pointed out that Turkey is considering requests made by the Iraqi side regarding water, stressing that they will seek to solve this problem with them, arguing: “They want us to solve it and our steps will be in this direction, and there are also issues related to the flow of natural gas and oil to Turkey, and we will seek to address it as well.”

  Like we told you IOO he [Al-Sudani] gave orders to have the screens put up.  I don't know how long it's going to take for him to make this announcement to the Iraqi citizens but I just don't see it happening much longer...

 It seems to me the pattern of these bank stories that I've been receiving are changing more in the  direction that, 'Yeah, we know.  We don't know when.  We don't know what to tell you.  We don't know how much...but yeah we know what's going on. '    

[Al-Sudani Q and A in Washington DC 1 hour 28 minute mark]  Community Member:  The question was asked...Is the government thinking of revaluing the dinar and reinstating the value of the dinar due to the current circumstances in the markets or do you see that it say the same?  

Sudani replies by saying 'This policy is dedicated by the central bank and the governments abide by what the CBI decides.  Right now I believe we are in the best status that we could be in...We started the reforms...this is going to raise the level of the value of the Iraqi dinar.'  He told the whole world...
