RC leaders, managers and banks throughout the United States entered their access codes at the US Treasury and around 11:30 (noon) EST. Now they just need to be given the green light to proceed and send the emails to Tier 4b (us, the Internet group) to arrange our appointments.
Some Bondholders have received emails and some are still waiting for emails. I think most should have them tonight for access to accounts, obtain 10% of those funds, with access to the remaining 90% in 90 days.

Today, Thursday (January 10, 2024), the Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed that the year 2023 did not witness any financial deficit as proven and estimated in the budget law.
Committee member Jamal Kojar told Baghdad Today that "the 2023 budget law did not witness any financial deficit, due to the cessation of disbursement of funds for projects in the provinces, by order of the Prime Minister to prevent the exploitation of those funds and projects by advertising elections during the last local elections."
"The funds of the projects that were not disbursed during the past year will be transferred to the 2024 budget, and we are waiting for the schedule of disbursements in order to see and vote on them, so far we do not know what the budget will include in terms of projects and disbursements," Koger said.
The total revenues of the Iraqi state until November 2023 amounted to more than 121 trillion dinars, while expenditures amounted to more than 110 trillion dinars, which means a surplus of more than 10 trillion dinars, according to the Iraqi Ministry of Finance.
An Intel person said Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) would get notification to set appointments by Fri. 12 Jan, but that might not happen because the Whales have completed what they needed to do and expect to be notified of when they get access to their funds over this coming weekend.
A major Paymaster said they were working over the next 48 hours to Sat. 13 Jan. to get a Mediator paid. Another source said Tier4b should get notification to set appointments sometime between Friday 12 Jan. and Mon. 15 Jan.
The R&R should happen in Januaryand thatwill come out a week after the Tier4b start exchanges. Social Security increases should still happen in this month of January.

MZ: We continue to hear “scares” about the US military and strikes in Iraq. They will probably continue until the US military leaves Iraq. I hear that is the goal and what they are trying to do. And when they are gone…we expect to get paid.
MZ: Things look great and I’m not hearing anything negative. I am certain the boards are lit up with rumors today. We just have to wait and see what is real …We are getting so many things thrown at us….we don’t know yet what is accurate.

Foreign Minister: We do not want to create a chaotic situation in relations with Washington
The Iraqi Foreign Minister, Fuad Hussein, confirmed that Iraq does not want to create a state of chaos in relations with the United States.
Hussein said in a statement, “Iraq is the one who determines the need for American forces to remain or not,” stressing that the international coalition forces “are present at the invitation of the Iraqi government.”
Hussein continued: “We do not want to create a chaotic situation in relations with Washington,” considering that “the interior must be prepared before negotiations begin for the withdrawal of American forces from Iraq… and in light of the results of the negotiations, the necessary decision will be taken, whether to withdraw or schedule the withdrawal.”
He added that Baghdad assured Washington that the Iraqi government was “committed to calm,” considering that “the recent events are unacceptable, as there were attacks and counterattacks.”
Hussein added that attacks targeting military bases must be “dealt with by both parties,” indicating that the Prime Minister is constantly working to communicate with all parties to reach calm.
He also considered that “the situation has changed in the region after the war on Gaza, and there is an intertwining of national and regional matters,” explaining that “the decision to go to war is determined by the constitution and the law and there is no decision outside the state… The decision to go to war is dangerous and we are not advocates of war as Iraq needs security and stability.”
Hussein stressed that “violating the security situation in Iraq is not permitted by any party, whether external or internal. ”
