While being a member of the WTO is important. listing on the FOREX is much more critical to us waiting to exchange and with the various potential  valuations being suggested we will need to see if the RV rate is initially published on the front screen or the back screen for the CBI to allow for there to be a float upwards in value which IMO would be beneficial  to us to realize a greater value, but either way we would realize a gain over cost of acquisition.

The Governor of the Central Bank, Ali Mohsen Al-Alaq, revealed today, Thursday, the progress of a plan supported by the government to change the map of the banking sector and its reality in Iraq.

The Central Bank stated in a statement received by Mawazine News, “The Governor of the Central Bank, Mr. Ali Mohsen Al-Alaq, received today the French Ambassador to Baghdad, Patrick Durel.”

He added, “The meeting discussed ways to strengthen banking relations between the two countries, and His Excellency the Governor provided a comprehensive explanation of the relations and economic conditions, as well as the government’s directions in consolidating the foundations of the national economy and diversifying it in light of the state of security stability achieved in Iraq.”

 Al-Alaq confirmed that “the plan to restructure government banks is supported and monitored regularly by the Prime Minister,” noting that “this plan will change the map of the banking sector and its reality in Iraq.”
He pointed to “the rapid developments in organizing, monitoring and analyzing foreign transfer operations and covering foreign trade in accordance with best international practices and standards, which are receiving great praise and attention from international and regional organizations.”
It is noteworthy that the Central Bank of Iraq owns deposits and accounts with the Central Bank of France, and they have been linked by cooperative relations over many years.

 We're looking for 3 green lights – military -  Treasury – and Wells Fargo  in that 0rder...They got the green light from the military...we did receive confirmation that we have the Treasury's green light in the last couple of days...we did get the green light from Wells Fargo yesterday...

So in other words, we have all three green lights now covered - military  - Treasury - Wells Fargo.  The banks are bringing all employees in the banks up to speed on what we're about to witness and it's called Currency Training  Protocols  - They have been teaching to get everybody down to the teller level. Which remember the tellers didn’t  know anything about this...the point is, it's really coming down to the wire.

• Tues. 7 May Bruce: The Military gave the green light to release the monies on Mon. 29 April. Wells Fargo gave the green light on Mon 6 April. Tier 4 a,b notification could come out anywhere from 2 pm Wed. 8 May to 10:30 am on Thurs. 9 May.
• The Gazetteller reported that as of Wed. 1 May the Latin American nations ofColombia, Brazil, and Chile became the first to exchange foreign currency in the Global Currency Reset. The U.S. was expected to lag behind by three weeks but this delay was strategic. Today, Thursday, Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani launched a package of new service projects in Babil Governorate worth (1,276,740,000,000) dinars.

Al-Sudani’s media office said in a statement received by {Al-Furat News}, “Prime Minister Muhammad Shia’ al-Sudani, during his visit to Babil Governorate, today, launched a package of new service projects worth (1,276,740,000,000) dinars.”

He added, "The projects include:

-Integrated projects for sewage, sewage, and rainwater in (Al-Qasim, Al-Hashimiyeh, and Al-Madhatiya districts), with a total amount of (364,500,000,000) dinars.

-An integrated project for sewage, sewage and rainwater networks for Al-Kifl district, amounting to 134.2 billion dinars.

-A link road with the highway (Basra - Baghdad), via the Imam - Anana district - to Al-Ibrahimiya in the Hindiyah district, at a cost of 320 billion dinars.

-Management and operation of Imam al-Sadiq Hospital (peace be upon him), by a specialized foreign company for $60 million.

Okie had some positive news earlier today, thought we would hear some indication of the new rate when the Premier returned to his country from his visit to the US, the banker is assisting his hospitalized wife in CA so very little news from him so I guess we wait for FOREX to open, but again sports fans we appear to be very close, so say your prayers tonight.

This may be a little longer post than usual as the powers that be do not wish to get anyone''s hopes up only to be disappointed when the RV does not come in.  Well I spent 40 years in the investment banking and financial planning industry which allows for a slight advantage in researching certain areas of the acknowledged resources regarding money and securities.  Those areas being the IMF, FOREX, WTO, etc, etc.  

The Prime Minister returned to his country on this past Monday, he turned over to the head of the CBI to announce the pending revaluation of his nations currency.  The CBI provided the new rate to the IMF who in turn provided this rate to the FOREX which by policy has 72 hours from receipt to post for universal recognition which will be sometime between now and Wednesday 4/24/2024 by 7:00 PM.  

Since both the Gazette and the IMF rate schedules are published on Wednesday each week we can assume should there be a revaluation we should receive that news during this window.  Don't get excited or make any serious decisions but please stay calm and watch the next few days as we seem to be this close.  GOD Bless

Rod Steel : He says

My friend talked to Patriot Rod Steel today and confirmed he talked to some title agents and they received funds.

More Rod details: "I was told paperwork has just been completed and the Admiral will release all Monday. "

Rod continues: "The Iraqi government will release the new 'lower denomination' banknotes this week and then publish the new exchange rate (4+) which will be published in the Official Gazette on Sunday and then move to FOREX next Monday 22 April 1024.

My very close friend reviewed this information with two other contacts. Someone ver y close to the Admiral, who works alongside him daily. And the second gentleman is very close to those on the Bond side who are regularly aware of the details.

Both are also online with Rod's news, which is extremely encouraging. We also know Mark is listening to similar stories.

More from Ginger: I can't give details because I swore to secrecy, but I can say the documents were signed by people we know and others heard good news from the leaders of their groups on the T3 Bond side.

I personally don't know anyone in T3 who has cash to spend so far, but I'm very pleased with all the news we're getting. I am firm and steady, being optimistic.
