 ...it is nearing the end of June already...Recently we witnessed a surge of news from many of the prominent global entities including the UN, World Bank, IMF and the EU. All of them praising Iraq and giving “kudos” to them for the hard work and achievements. Today is not different as the articles once again tell the RV spigot is wide open to the RV.

The project to delete the zeros was scheduled for June and we will still have a week remaining in June. This is all I know and can tell everyone at this point. Iraq's North Refineries Co. produces "super" gasoline for first time

Shafaq News/ Iraq's Ministry of Oil announced the production of super unleaded fuel that has an octane rating of 98 in the North Refineries Company for the first time, with an output of 3.5 million liters.

The ministry's statement highlighted that this accomplishment "aligns with Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani's directive to rebuild all damaged and halted production units at the North Refineries Company since 2014. The goal is to enhance the technical specifications of petroleum products and increase the refining capacity of national refineries to achieve self-sufficiency and halt imports."

The ministry praised the "dedicated efforts of the North Refineries Company's workers and supporting entities, as well as the company's general manager, for upgrading the technical specifications of the gasoline improvement unit from a 92 octane to the global standard of 98."

In February, the Iraqi Prime Minister inaugurated the North Refinery project, once the country's largest oil refinery, with a capacity of 250,000 barrels per day.

The North Refinery in the city of Baiji, 200 kilometers (124 miles) north of Baghdad, was heavily damaged during some of the fiercest battles with ISIS after it swept across a third of Iraq in 2014.

Iraq has 145 billion barrels of proven oil reserves, which amount to 96 years' worth of production at the current rate, according to the World Bank.

Will the state adopt the provision of sovereign guarantees to finance civil industrial projects?

The financial and economic adviser to Prime Minister Mazhar Mohammed Saleh explained on Friday that the state has adopted a policy of providing sovereign guarantees for loans obtained by the private sector to finance an important package of private industrial projects.

Saleh told {Euphrates News}: “There is a fundamental association in financing and implementation adopted by the government curriculum and public policy in development, the basics of which are summarized by the high implementation of the listed and continuous government investment projects, which faced the launde and suspension for many years.”

He added, “The current investment curriculum is based on completing the implementation of investment projects without stop and in accordance with the financial resources allocated to them included in the Federal General Budget Law, with keenness to sustain the necessary sources of financing for the continuation of implementation, especially in the field of high-service infrastructure, such as projects to develop electric power, drinking water, roads, sewage and others, and priority that touches the lives of citizens.”

He pointed out: “Based on the above, the increase and high revenues is one of the important financing levers in overcoming the problems that government projects were facing, which are called (lagging), which have now entered into force and completement, and according to an approved policy (not for lagging projects after today).”

He expressed: “This is an explicit correlation between the capacity of implementing urban projects in the country and the increase in sources of public revenues (both oil and non-oil) and harnessing their high financial flows to serve the requirements of economic development in our country and in a way that maximizes the GDP and provides high and sustainable sources of employment at the same time. The private sector has an important responsibility in implementation as an active strategic partner in the development of the Iraqi economy, the advancement of its infrastructure and various production activities.”

Saleh noted that “the state has adopted a policy of providing sovereign guarantees for loans obtained by the private sector to finance an important package of civil industrial projects, foremost of which is projects to produce industrial and construction outputs related to the advancement of reconstruction, housing and infrastructure and sovereign guarantees for the private sector amounting to 85% of the value of private activity, specifically industrial from it.”

• My contact in Brazil just called and said “We won. We won. They have stated paying out.”

• No one really knows when the RV is going to hit. It will come as a thief in the night.

• The people that I have spoken to are people that have high level contacts and they are not gurus or messengers.

• I received an audio from a friend which was a conversation of the paymaster and him and telling when his money is going to be deposited and how many dollars (which is a lot of zeros). That was real not a made up stories.

• Looks like things have started and/or ready to go.

• I received great news regarding Asia and the Philippines which will be going soon. All good news from Asia.

• I also have great news from my source in Brazil: “Good information – and the people in Brazil have indicated to you officially, by part of the table, they were notified that everything is as scheduled and everything reported has already been authorized.” Also, some people in Brazil are going around with Bibles and thanking God for everything. People are getting very emotional, and people are being told to remain grounded. So, emotions are high quite down there!

• I should receive Intel coming from Reno and hopefully get the news I have waited for. My associate has spoken to my Whale and said we are now closer than ever! He is waiting to get notified and waiting to go to Reno or whatever table he belongs to.

• We will get notified, hopefully, any day right now. We have been told that before the end of the month we will be able to hopefully celebrate.

• We heard from TNT saying that by Sunday  we will celebrate, and all is lining up with Iraq.

• All this has been very hard and draining on me Thank you for all your support. One of the toughest roles I have ever done. I have been involved in many things prior to the internet, but when the internet came through the attacks started. I was confronted with unrelenting things I had never encountered before, and to think I was not even a leader. When I embarked on this spiritual journey, I never thought these things would occur as we are here to help humanity, not here just for ourselves, but to help our fellow man. Things from all fronts saying it is happening.

• My friend called, and it was an incredible emotional call, and he is getting really excited.

• I am sure this news I have given you will lift your spirits, and hopefully in a few hours, I will get some news from Reno, and if it is the news I am waiting for, then we will have an emergency live call and we will get Carpathia to talk with us.

• The Pentecostal group came out and it looks they have actually started to pay out Group One.

• The owner came out with a post saying they are going to start paying the Second Group by the 4th of July.
