Member: Welcome to “hump” day….Hoping Mark has good news

Member: No more kicking the can…Let’s Go!!!

Member: It's been quiet for quite a while!?

MZ: I still believe the quiet is a good thing. 

Member: Isaac is saying they are testing the QFS system

MZ: I am getting that same report from a number of my sources….including from a team of 2 who have been “globe-trotting” to different locations to “test and move” …so that checks out with what I am hearing. 

Member: I thought all testing of QFS was done and it is fully functional. Hummmm

Member: My bank told me yesterday they are on QFS system

Member: They have been testing the QFS for over a year. Can’t they come up with a better excuse?

MZ: It has literally taken that long…..which is not unusual considering the scope of what they are doing. 

Member: Mark- Have any of your contacts told you they are under an NDA? 

MZ: Yes- a number of them have. That does not mean they have been paid yet….I do not believe they have actual money yet. I don’t think big money is moving yet but it is positioned. 

Member: Mark – are you under an NDA?

MZ: The only one I have is an old one from many years ago…on a rate for a SKR….. But, I have been leaned on and promised money if I would shut up and go away……but I didn’t .

Member: Nader says the RV will never happen until the US gives Iraq sovereignty?

MZ: That is exactly why we see Iraq behaving the way it is behaving. Nader says Iraq is still under the command of the US. Iraq is paying off its debts….that is why they filed with the WTO for ascension….It is bringing its banking up to snuff…..Iraq is doing everything it needs to do to support a higher currency rate. They are doing everything it needs to do to remove the US influence. They want the US completely out of there. I believe they have made tremendous progress. 

MZ: They are making very quiet alliances with the BRICS and Russian side of things. So that they are prepared …I believe they are close to being able to pull the trigger and go their own way without the US…..So Nader is right. But, we are watching the RV play out in a step by step calculated way. . Iraq is still somewhat under the US thumb…but they are quickly removing that thumb. I believe they are closer than they are telling us ….and they are using smoke to cloud the timing….

Member: Wow- And we were told over the last year the CBI has the power to change the rate whenever they want. Guess that was misinformation?

Member: we just have to wait for the budget to be approved …It gets approved then we wait for signatures then it will go on 4x ….well that didn't happen now we're waiting for the US to back off?

Member: What happens if the CBDC happens before Nesara? 

MZ: What happens if we get the CBDC before we get the reset we want. This doesn’t mean we won’t get the reset. That just means it could be postponed a little bit. History has taught us its inevitable that the value of fiat money always goes back to its intrinsic value of ZERO-From Voltaire. 

Member: Oh great – another delay. 

MZ: “ What is FedNow ? The government’s first instant payment service launches soon”  Fednow is not inheritantly evil…..It can be used either way. 

Member: Fed Now is CBDC under a different name

Member: Mark, am I understanding correctly that if we dont RV by the time the Threat of the CBDC kicks in, we actually go CBDC?

MZ: We will go back to sound money again. Even if we get CBDC’s for a short time….The people will rise up …people will start working with a “black market” or bartering…..not using the cbds’s…They will start using silver and gold. Then the CBDC’s will crash and we will win. But nobody knows the timing…..

Member: This is the longest movie ever.

Member:  I certainly hope that silence is indeed golden because the wait is getting brutal!

“Basra looks forward to the results of “Trillion dinars” of petrodollar funds”

They are looking for money coming in from oil sales…in the Kurdish region. And the funding of projects that come along with that funding…This is just one more clue that the HCL law is coming…if not already done.

Question: what do you think is the number 1 reason we haven’t seen the RV yet?

MarkZ: Clean-up on aisle 3. This is a massive undertaking. When they pull the trigger- There is going to be no stopping it. It’s going to be hard to control it very well once it starts…. There may be unrest and upheaval. They have to make sure things are prepared as are reasonably possible before they pull that trigger. They are never going to get it perfect…but it needs to go soon.

                    

There are rumors that in Iraq they are pushing for sometime this week and they would go to a 1 to 1 in a float …not affecting us…and turn in their bills for new bills without the zeros on it. This is a absolutely unsubstantiated rumor. Not verified from anyone in Iraq on my end… Hopefully we would get a call saying this is true which would mean we are well under way and should expect ours at any moment. But, until we can spend the money- these are just rumors.

You see Iran try to switch and try to pay Iraq or…paid from Iraq with the Iraqi dinars.  They know something is going on.  They know they’re gonna make money off it.  They know something that’s happening…If everyone decide tomorrow to get paid with the dinar instead of a dollar from Iraq, they’re not stupid.  They know they’re gonna triple their money...Why would somebody get paid with an Iraqi dinar?  Why?Not only Iran, Turkey…Qatar…many countries are going to do the same thing…that’s how it is.  Good news…

They haven’t effectively published an exchange rate of 1310 like a lot of the people out there are saying the did. They didn’t do that.  The Iraqi currency hasn’t been put on the Forex.  They have it as a marker but it’s not internationally traded…They’ve got a lot of work done…We’re definitely waiting to see if they move forward with this 2023, 24, 25 budget…

FIREFLY: Iran is now all over our news today.  They are really telling us a lot.  They’re saying they are getting rid of the U.S. dollar and they’re going to deal with Iraq only in dinars…

                     

If you truly truly have a need for an 800 number…then call the United States Treasury’s 800#.  Why?  Because all the banks in the United States belongs to them.  The United States Treasury will tell you exactly which banks are going to exchange the Iraqi dinar.  They’re not going to tell you that right now.  That’s not happening right now.  So if you’re interesting in knowing what banks, call the US treasury.  They’ll tell you every bank that’s doing it…

The HCL is the key to the budget and the budget is the key to the exchange rate.  It doesn’t really matter what parliament does or passes or says.  The structure of the budget is ready to go.  It is ready to activate.  To explode.  Not to implode but to explode.

WARNING: There were reports of some asking for you to hand over your foreign currencies and/or Zim Bonds to them saying they will exchange or redeem them for you. DO NOT give in to this scam. Only the purchaser of the currency or bond can legally exchange or redeem that currency or bond at a Redemption Center for the higher rates. Exceptions were that if you have given someone currency or bonds, along with a notarized gift letter saying you have done so, or if you have given someone Power of Attorney over your affairs. The bottom line: If someone tries to turn in your currency or bonds without your authorization, they could be arrested.

Quantum Financial System’s Global Currency Revaluation

• Judy Note: On Sun. 9 July the Gold Standard for World currencies was announced at the BRICS Summit. According the Head of the Global Redemption Committee, Dr. Charlie Ward, we were waiting for Reno and Iraq to complete the Global Currency Reset, while the Iraqi Parliament said they would announce the new Iraqi Dinar Rate on Wed. 12 July – which was the same back date given for release of the Iraqi Dinar Rate using NEER (Nominal Effective Exchange Rate).
• Tues. 11 July Bruce: The new Iraqi Dinar Rate should be announced and printed in Gazette on Wed. 12 July. Those new rates should be announced 11 am EST Wed. 12 July. Tier4b notifications should come out Wed. 12 July afternoon or Thurs. 13 July morning.  A political change would be announced at the same time Tier4b notifications came out Wed. 12 July afternoon or Thurs. 13 July morning.
• On Fri. 30 June US Inc. Federal Reserve, unable to pay back to the Global Repository the quadrillions owed, handed over all their assets. The next day on Sat. 1 July the new Quantum Financial System began interfacing in computers around the World for the purpose of coordinating currency transactions through the International Payment System ISO 20022. Also on Sat. 1 July the fiat US Dollar transferred into a gold/asset-backed US Note. On Sun. 2 July about 5 pm EST the Dinar Rate went live on the Forex, with live Foreign Currency Converters showing it was fluctuating in value:1,000,000 IQD to USD – Iraqi Dinars to US Dollars Exchange Rate (xe.com) ByMon. 3 July SOFR, Libor and many nations dumped their US Treasuries, while the Quantum Financial System was fully integrated worldwide by Tues. 4 July.
• Iraq and Iran were no longer accepting the US Dollar as their currency.

• On Sat. 8 July at 9 am Redemption Center Staff were inputting codes for currencies going up in value, including the US Note.
• They had a problem with Iraq Refidian Bank where 830 bankers were still making deals with fiat currencies, so they were arrested.
• The code input started again this morning and was wrapped up late this afternoon Tues. 11 July.
• Yesterday Mon. 10 July Iraq had a meeting, continued today and will go through tomorrow.
• The new Iraqi Dinar Rate should be announced and printed in Gazette Wed. 12 July.
• New rates should be announced 11 am EST Wed. 12 July.
• Tier4b notifications  should come out Wed. 12 July afternoon or Thurs. 13 July morning.
• Wed. 12 July or Thurs. 13 July a political change should be announced – Tier4b notifications would be out.
• Three hours after notification, Tier4b exchange/ redemption appointments will start.
• On day one you would have 1% access to your exchange funds that would last you for the first 90 days. After that you would have access to all of your exchange funds.
