I had received another call last Sun. 10 Dec. that Zurich went liquid. A lot of things are happening, especially with the Admiral. It started Fri. night 8 Dec. and it’s rolling out. Everything is now in the payment phase through authorized banks. All escrow accounts of the people who will receive have been opened.”

Here are some more notes I tried to get FROM WOLVERINE PM CALL to add to Big Skye’s great report!!! (Thank you Skye !!) trigger groups in Zurich are being paid. Trump is in reno tomorrow, something will happen tomorrow, all saying right after tomorrow, but others say on Tuesday. We have been waiting for tomorrow.

Mauricio is getting the authority to release funds, he is waiting for the light to open the floodgates. He is the #2 Guy in the RV Trump is first. Lucky to meet him. I have heard that a lot of sources say tomorrow may be the day it will happen, say it is lining up for tomorrow. I pray it comes to fruition for tomorrow.

No need to have a Humanitarian project for Tier 4B, and no obligations, but the big whales, need projects, as they will get billions of dollars, and they need projects with their money. For people like us, no project is required, but they would like us to do good things with our money. For those who planned projects for a long time, these people are in special groups to do projects, so they would be pleased that those groups have projects. Many people have been pushing humanitarian projects for years, and they have made money off of it for years, but no, no need for a project to get paid.

Skye will do a presentation in 5 minutes, but we have had no confirmation at all, but we hope she will be able to pull it off this week. It is not her fault, the alliance needs to get it confirmed and do a follow-up for it to happen. I do not understand what is going on Skye. I have heard it will be a shotgun release, which will be fantastic. I spoke to a huge whale, and this guy called me and told me “We are going to have a good Christmas” whom I cannot name. The Pentecostal group is all lined up, they sang a song I sent to you guys, where they are saying Merry Christmas and all Cheerful. I think we will have a great Christmas.

Some say the EBS, I don’t know, I prefer it to come later, as people will be afraid to go outside, I prefer it to come after the exchange, especially if people have no funds to buy food. I just had a meeting with two friends who work within the payment program.

Summary:

1- Nothing is left in the hands of the managers.

2- Everything is now in the payment phase through authorized banks.

3- Since yesterday, very important changes and adaptations have been made to make everything more precise, faster and safer.

4- All the escrow accounts of all the people who will receive have already been opened.

These are accounts that no administrator has access to.

Only the account holder will be able to access it.

5- An Escrow account is as if each person owned a private bank, since it works as a financial platform. (People usually don’t know what this is like yet and will need to learn.

However, it is simple and easy and you can do it using your cell phone or computer at home.

6- Now the phase of sending the CALLS to all the people called planned or contributed will begin.

This will be done via email and SMS.

This is an appointment for the person to appear at a specific bank branch to speak with the manager.

There he will sign contracts, receive a credit card and can download a certain amount to his usual account for immediate use in a conventional way.

 “All three letter agencies are now saying that it has been released. Our Fed contacts said it was released to the banks late last night Sun. 17 Dec. and that the rate was now live.  No one is sure what the banks are waiting for. Several Regional Bank managers have reported having a live rate on their screen. This could possibly go to the tellers screen after banking hours tonight or in the morning Tues. 19 Dec. It should be totally released by Wed. morning 20 Dec. since Iraq is saying they will release the budget on Wednesday. 

The RV was scheduled last Fri. 15 Dec. That morning Iraq citizens were told by Sudani that the Dinar rate was going to change in the next couple of days. The US has released it. IMF has released it to each country so when it goes, they can start exchanging.”

The expected RV is now scheduled. Good news. This morning Iraq citizens were told in the next couple days. Sudani told ppl the rate is going to change in the next couple of days. I also go this from Tish she was watching in Iraqi tv.  The RV was supposed to occur last night Thurs. 14 Dec.  

Supposedly, the reason it didn’t is the U.N. filed a motion to take over the entire process. The judge denied the U.N. motion.  It didn’t make any sense b/c the IMF already released it to the counties. Every country has money, reserved currency, and is waiting to go live. Our window of time is 4:30pm Eastern Fri. 15 evening until 5:00 pm Eastern Sun 17 Dec. of when this could go through. In Iraq today the Kurdistan region was told that today was the last day they can turn in three zero notes and actually get 25,000 dinar for a 25,000 note.

Sudani was telling ppl this morning in a town hall type of meeting that the rate is going to change in the next couple of days. The last day the rate changed was the 20th of December.  If Iraq says today is last day, 4:30 EST is the next day Iraq time ~ a few minutes past midnight. They wanted to do it at 1:00 am eastern. This is how they want it to go down. In Iraq everyone is off Monday and Tuesday so they can go vote and the budget will be released on  Tuesday. All the money. 

Always said they wouldn’t do that until the rate was changed. This hopefully will be our weekend. People who had bank appointments this weekend were told that there would be no fees during the exchange.  If you go to the teller window, there will be fees. There is no turning back. US has released it. IMF released to each country so when it goes, they can start exchanging. The money is in place so they can operate with it. They can’t wait. Sudani saying in a couple of days.

Fri. 8 Dec. TNT:  It was supposed to go Thurs. night 7 Dec. Everyone was waiting on the IMF to release it. After a meeting earlier today Fri. 8 Dec, contacts said it will happen by Mon. 11 Dec. Sun. 10 Dec. is Iraq’s Victory Day, so Tony thinks it might happen then. 

People that have already contacted their banks are being called in to go over the procedures for the exchange, interest rates they would pay them, debit and credit cards that will be available to them, etc. Banks are acknowledging that it is happening and that they want people to choose them.

The Electoral Commission sets the fifth o’clock tomorrow as a date to announce the preliminary results, 19 DEC

The Independent High Commissioner for Elections invited satellite-only photographers to attend the conference tomorrow, Tuesday, at 5 p.m., at the National Office of the Green Zone near the House of Representatives to announce the preliminary results of the vote.

Shafaq News/ The Iraqi High Electoral Commission (IHEC) confirmed that the preliminary results of the provincial and district elections will be announced this evening. 

IHEC spokesperson Jumana Al-Ghalai told Shafaq News Agency that the E-results regarding the votes obtained by coalitions, parties, and individual candidates will be disclosed today.  

Al-Ghalai pointed out that some electoral stations are still undergoing auditing; however, they will be opened to the scrutiny of parties, local and international observers, and the United Nations for manual counting and sorting following legal provisions, culminating in the final and complete results.  

After polls were closed on Monday at 06:00 pm, the Electoral Commission reported 6,599,668 voters in both general and private votes, with a voting percentage of 41%. 

These elections cover 15 out of 18 provinces, with three provinces in the Kurdistan Region excluded.
