So sorry Mr /Mrs intel Guru…. no RV rate in the budget (Just as I have been telling you there wouldn’t be, also no RV to cover the deficit either…lol..lol..
And last I want to cover this stupid intel guru notion one more time. The notion that there is a new RV rate in the budget is silly and sad. Like I said way back in 2023 even before the budget was finalized that there would NEVER be an RV rate in any budget. Why? Because the Iraqi budget is based on the selling price of a barrel of oil and not their currency rate. Get it! Why is this so hard to believe me? It is like comparing apples and oranges. Get it? Budgets are based on revenues not currency rates.
Then there was the other stupid theory or rumors that the deficit of about 65+ billion was going to vanish because of the RV and the currency would be worth more, thus erasing the deficit. Again just more speculative bullshit without any sound proof or evidence of what is said. Oh.. but that sums up guru talk doesn’t it? Again, how stupid and only shows the ignorance of these so-called self-proclaimed intel gurus out there. No FACTS just RUMORS and they are not shy on taking your money either for their bullshit.
So, let’s look at the FACTS about the budget:
The “tripartite” 2023-2025, yes the three budget, is a flexible budget and I also have been saying this for over a year now since they told us this too way back in 2023. Why didn’t all you gurus just read the articles? Why do you have to lie to your audience or just make up the news? Are you really that dumb?
I am presenting again yet another more recent article on this topic of the “tripartite” budget to you today and they explain it yet even i more detail. This three-year budget has built in flexibility. They can spend the money or not. They can complete all the projects or not depending on if, and only if, the oil sales are as projected, and the price of oil stays at or above the set criteria as stated within the budget. Again, it says absolutely nothing about using any dinar rate increase (RV) to cover the cost of any deficit. In fact, the deficit is “not even real” since it is not fixed, meaning the budget is flexible. Get it!!!!!

“The financial advisor to the Prime Minister, Mazhar Muhammad Saleh, confirmed that the Federal General Budget Law No. 13 of 2023 (the tripartite budget) granted the executive authority high flexibility in implementing the state’s medium-term financial plan for the years 2023, 2024, and 2025.” – “Saleh told {Al-Furat News} agency, “In implementation of the provisions of Article 2/77 of the law above, which stipulates that the government shall submit financial schedules related to expenditures, public revenues, and the planned deficit for the fiscal years 2024 and 2025, in order to provide a flexible space that allows for the implementation of the general budget in an efficient and reliable manner.” In accordance with the constants stipulated in Law No. 13 mentioned above.”
...What can we investors do to help the RV situation?
We must now buckle down and pray and pray like never before for the success of Al-Sudani and his agreements with Washington are implemented. You do want the RV don’t you? Pray for Iraq and also the U.S. in that there are strong enough representatives in Congress and the Senate who will stand up and continue to fight to uphold the US Constitution and keep fighting this Washington corruption. Pray that that God’s Hand will intervene and save our great country. Remember you can say the Rosary daily or use the prayers and links I provided from the Auxilium Christianorum for your prayers. Folks your prayers so far ARE WORKING and God has heard your cries. Just look at all the progress made just since December 2022 when Iraq announced they were finally entirely out of Chapter VII. And now the spigot is wide open the final issues preventing the reinstatement are being dealt with one by one. Can you see it too. I am trying my best to help you see it. We don’t’ need this foolishness of this everyday / any day garbage intel. You think this is all just coincidental? God’s Hand is at work here. He has given Iraq his anointed leader Al-Sundani to help in this work. Even I have to sit back in amazement of what he has accomplished so far. Pray for him and all his success. It is June already and this month is proving to be a very significant month again.
