🔫 1️⃣ WEAPONS UNDER STATE CONTROL — 🟢 STRONG PROGRESS
🇮🇶 The government continues moving toward placing all weapons under state authority, with efforts to establish a legal framework regulating armed groups under the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.
