Rashid stresses the need for coordination with international bodies in military industrialization

President of the Republic Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid stressed on Thursday the need to coordinate with international bodies in the field of military industrialization.
The Media Department of the Presidency of the Republic said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, received today at Baghdad Palace, the head of the Military Industrialization Commission, Mustafa Ati Hassan," noting that "during the meeting, they discussed the work of the Military Industrialization Commission and ways to improve its production."
According to the statement, the President of the Republic pointed to "the importance of supporting the Commission and seeking to make it the main supplier of the relevant state institutions in a way that secures its actual needs."
He stressed "the need to intensify communication and coordination mechanisms with international bodies with competence in the field of military industrialization, and to exchange experiences with them to qualify engineering and technical cadres in a way that contributes to enhancing the capabilities and capabilities of the commission, and serves the country's development goals."
He stressed "the need to expand cooperation and partnership with the private sector and benefit from the expertise and energies available to it," praising "the manufacturing achievements made by the commission in the military industries."
For his part, the head of the Military Industrialization Commission, Mustafa Ati, expressed his "thanks to the President of the Republic for his interest in the work of the Military Industrialization Commission," stressing "the keenness of the Commission with all its formations and cadres to supplement the national economy, and secure the needs of the relevant state institutions."
