Received in readings today. It should be Friday for us. Its Saturday for the announcement of the rate in the Gazette.
I don't think it matters that Iraqi banks close on the 15th.
I think they are trying to attract debt instruments and get their RV in the country realized to some extent.
They are doing their RV in the country now.
