Thurs. 7 March Bruce: 

This morning a source from Iraq said that Iraq would get the RV out to us over the weekend. Another source said that one hour after the start of the State of the Union speech Thurs. evening everything would be released: Bond Holders, Admirals Group and Tier4 funds would be released. Notifications could come at any time.
