Within its decisions today on the Kurdistan region. The Federal Supreme Court has obliged the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Territory, to hand over all its oil and non-oil revenues to the federal government, according to Article IV:
The second defendant is obliged to head the Council of Ministers of the region to hand over all its oil and non-oil revenues to the federal government, the state treasury and according to the Federal Financial Management Law, provided that the Federal Office of Supervision, in coordination with the Bureau of Supervision in the region, audits the bank accounts open to the region within the Central Bank of Iraq and audits the lists of employees, retirees and beneficiaries of the social welfare network.
