Parliamentary Integrity intends to issue its report on major corruption files

The Parliamentary Integrity Committee confirmed, on Sunday, the existence of high-level coordination between the Integrity Commission and state institutions to uncover major corruption files.

Committee member Bassem Khashan said in an interview with the Maalouma Agency, “There is direct action to uncover corruption files and recover the stolen funds.”

He added, “In the coming days, he will issue an important report on corruption crimes,” pointing out that “his committee is making great efforts to uncover corruption operations, prevent waste and theft of public money, and expose the corrupt.”

Khashan confirmed, “There are many crimes that have been revealed by the Parliamentary Integrity Committee, and a detailed report will be issued explaining all the files.”

The Parliamentary Integrity Committee had previously confirmed to the “Al-Ma’louma” agency that it would soon begin opening the most dangerous corruption files related to state real estate, while indicating that there was a parliamentary government approach to restore the offices of general inspectors.”
