The announcement that large amounts of U.S. dollars are coming into Iraq and will be immediately injected into circulation deserves our attention. 💵🏦
🔎 My observation: Notice how liquidity is being injected into the banking system. This is one of the things I have been telling you was necessary before the Delete Zeros project could be activated—the banks need sufficient liquidity and the capacity to handle such a major monetary transition.
But there is another important point. 👇
This recent exchange-rate measure is also connected to the goal of narrowing the gap between the dinar’s rate in the parallel market and the CBI’s official rate.
🎯 And reducing that gap is another condition that, in my analysis, needed to be addressed before moving forward with the Delete Zeros project.
Does this confirm that Delete Zeros is already activated or that an RV is imminent? ❌ No.
But we can clearly observe several developments moving toward objectives we have been watching:
🏦 Increased banking liquidity
💵 Greater dollar availability
📉 Efforts to narrow the parallel-market/CBI rate gap
🇮🇶 Protecting the dinar’s stability and purchasing power
🔢 Addressing conditions necessary for a potential monetary reform
